decimals and rtl

    execute this html, once with rtl set and once without:

    <html><body>1.22</body></html>

    This number will be mirrored when in rtl.

  4. There is one small issue still, apparenty: when used as a number for counting paragraphs, it would still look bad. What we need is to check if there is another digit after the dot, and if there isn't (and there's either space or letter), place the dot to the left.

    I updated the rtl test cases for you to see the issue: http://www.divrei-tora.com/rtl.htm . Also, notice how IE (7) renders the english Paragraph check - I think that is more correct, since RTL passages may begin with non-RTL words.

    I also appended a test for another small issue - non-standard brackets are also being rendered incorrectly.
