Marquee behavior

    Marquee behavior looks good, and is a nice addition to HTMLayout.

    However, it seem to have some rendering issues - hopefully they aren't related to HTMLayout core.

    Open marquee.htm in browse.exe, and lay another window over it (the console, for example). You'll see how the window doesn't repaint the hidden areas after moved.

    Happens on WinXP.

    Unfortunately this seem to be an issue with the actual drawing of HTMLayout. In some cases the window won't redraw properly - for example when restored after minimized occasionally it will show completely blank.
